S.O 268(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 0! the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), No. SO 204(E), dated the 18th March, 1976, the Central Government hereby increases the capital of the Food Corporation of India from two hundred crores of rupees" to four hundred and fifty crores of rupees,[No. 5(4)/73-FC.II] L.
