(Department of Textiles) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th March 1977
S.O. 279 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(k) of sub section (1) of section 2 of the Sick Textile Undertaking! (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974), the Central Govern- ment hereby specifics the 1st day of April, 1977, as the date for the purpose of section 20 of the said Act. Every person having a claim against the owner of a Sick Textile Undertaking shall prefer such claim before the Commissioner of Payments at the respective premises specified in the Table below:-
