GSR. 146(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Art, 1962 (52 of 1982), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No 27-Customs dated the 6th May, 1975, namely —
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31 st March. 1977" the figures, letters and word "31st March, 1979" Shall be substituted
