No. DRAWBACK / PN - 11 / 77 - Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN - 1 , dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time :

IIL. ( a) The existing proviso after sub - serial No. 5903 shall be renumbered as ( 1 ) (b) After the above renumbering , the following shall be added
"(2) Provided further that no drawback under any of the subserial - numbers of this Public Notice shall be admissible on containers all sorts filled with tea or packing materials used in , or in relation to such containers so filled with tea. "

स ० प्रतिप्रदागी सा ० सू०-12 / 77 -सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभदायगी नियमावली 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्न , असाधारण , दिनाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स ० 52 /फा ० सख्या 602 2/70 प्र ० श्र० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय -समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना स ० प्रतिश्रदायगी पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है:-
I. उप - क्रमाक सख्या 2202 और 3829 और उनसे संबधित प्रविष्टियां हटा ली जायेगी ।

II . उप- क्रमाक सख्या 2203 और उससे सबधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात् --

( क) चाय के लिए पैकिग सामग्री के रूप में प्रयुक्त करने के लिये आशयित प्लाईवुड फलक से बनी चाय की खाली पेटिया और उनकी फिटिग ।
( i ) चाय की ऐसी पेटियों के सतही क्षेत्र के प्रति 100 वर्ग मीटर पर 173.00 रु ० ( केवल एक सौ तिहत्तर रुपये ) ।
तथा
( ii ) टिन प्लेट से बनी धातु की फिटिंग यदि कोई प्रयुक्त की गई हो , के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 0.95 रु० ( केवल पचानवे पैसे ) ।
तथा
( iii ) तार की कीलो, टेटर हुको और रिबटो, यदि कोई प्रयुक्त किये गये हो, के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 0.34 रु ० ( केवल चौतीस पैसे ) ।
तथा
( iv) बेटनी को लपेटने के लिये अथवा एल्यूमीनियम पन्नी पर अस्तर के लिये ऊतक कागज , यदि कोई इस्तेमाल किया गया हो , के प्रप्ति किलोग्राम पर 1.62 रु० ( केवल एक रुपया और बासठ पैसे ) ।
तथा
( V ) एल्यूमीनियम पन्नी यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 9.50 रु ० ( केवल नौ रुपये पचास पैसे ) ।
53.00 रु ० ( केवल तिरपन रुपये ) प्रति 100 वर्ग मीटर ।
(ख ) चाय की पेटियो के लिये प्लाईवुड फलक जब फलक अथवा पट्टियों के आकार में कटे हों और उसी रूप में निर्यात किये जाये ।

III ( क) उप- क्रमांक 5903 के पश्चात् वर्तमान परन्तुक ( 1 ) के रूप मे पुनसँख्याकित कर दिया जायेगा ।
(ख) उपर्युक्त पुनर्सख्याकन के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित जोड दिया जायेगा
" ( 2 ) इसके अतिरिक्त, परन्तु यह तब जब कि चाय से भरे सभी प्रकार के डिब्बो अथवा इसमे प्रयुक्त पैकिग सामग्री, अथवा इस प्रकार चाय से भरे इस प्रकार के डिब्बो पर इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के किसी भी क्रमाक के अन्तर्गत कोई भी प्रतिश्रदायगी स्वीकार्य नही होगी ।

In the Lok Sabha Secretariat Notification No 38/1 ( 2 ) / 77 / T , dated the 24th March, 1977 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part I-I Section 1 , dated the 24th March , 1977 under Issue No 50 and on pages 233 and 234 , the following additions are to be made in both the English and Hındı versions of the said Notification
(1) On page 233 , at the end of the Notification read the words 'B D JATTI , Vice-President acting as President " and thereafter read the words " S L SHAKDHER , Secretary - General . "
(2) On page 234 , at the end of the said Notification in Hindı version read the words बी० डी० नत्ती , राष्ट्रपति के रूप में कार्य करते हुए उपराष्ट्रपति " । ' and thereafter read the words " श्यामलाल शकधर , मामचिव । "
