G.S.R. 169(E),—In exercise with the powers conterred by Section 175 of the Companies Act, 195b, (1 of 1956) read with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Department of Steel No G.S.R. 390(E) dated the 13th September, 1974, the Central Government hereby nominates Shri V. K Dar, Administrator, Indian Iron and Steel Co. Limited as the Chairman of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited to be held on the 23rd March, 1977 and such other date or dates to which the said meeting may be adjourned
