G.S.R. 178 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 34 of the Central
Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Central Board of Excise and
Customs No. 27/77-Central Excises, dated the 25th February, 1977, namely.—
In the said notification, the words "transport certificate or", wherever they
occur, shall be omitted.
