NOTIFICATION
CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi, the 15th April 1977
G.S.R. 185(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8
of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts poly-
propylene staple fibre, falling under sub-Item (i) of Item No. 18 of the First
Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), from the whole
of the duty of excise leviable thereon.
2. This notification shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st
