S.O. 295(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Legal Affairs) No. S.O. 10 (E) dated the 4th January, 1977, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V V. Vaze, a perma- nent Officer of Grade I of the Central Legal Service (Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser), Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, as a member of the Bar Council of India[No. F.8(10)/77-I.C.] P G.
