An Act to repeal the Prevention of Publication of Objectionable Matter Act , 1976
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Short title 1. This Act may be called the Prevention of Publication of Objec- tionable Matter ( Repeal) Act , 1977 .
2. The Prevention of Publication of Objectionable Matter Act, 1976 , is hereby repealed .
Repeal ofAct 27 of 1976 .
