ORDER
New Delhi, the 18th April 1977
G.S.R. 188(E)/Ess Com./Sugar—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 195S (10 of n35), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 1976-77 Production) Order, 1S76, namely —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for 1976-77 Production) Amendment Order, 1977
(2) It shall come into force at once
2. In Schedule III to the Sugar (Price Determination for 1976-77 Production) Order, 1976—
(1) under the heading "West Uttar Pradesh", after serial number in, the following serial number and the entry shall be inserted, namely — "20 Kisan Sahakari Chini Mills Limited, Satha (Harduasanj), Post Office Satha, District Aligarh "
(2) Under the heading "Gujarat", after serial number 8 the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely —
"9 Shri Maroli Vibhag Khand Udyog Sahakan Mandli Limited, Kalyan- nagar, Maroli, Taluka Navasaari, District Bulsar "
