No. PEP(34)/16.—In pursuance of the powers conferred on them by Section 3(i)(b) of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963, the Central Government hereby appoint Capt. V, L. Chaudhury, Deputy Conservator, Paradip Port Trust, as Deputy Chair- man of the Board of Trustees for the Port of Paradip during the period of absence of Shri Premananda Tripathy, Chairman, Paradip Port Trust on deputation to attend a Conference at Houston, U SA from 18th April to 16th May. 1977 (both days inclusive)
