NO. DRAWBACK/PN-16/77 —Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No 52/F No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice, No DRAWBACK/PN-I dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time '—

For Sub-Serial No 1116 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substi- tuted, namely .—

gent of 18% or more

Rs. 775.00 (Rupees Seven hundred and seventy five only) per metric tonne of Synthetic detergent content.

NOTE .—The above rate of drawback is inclusive of drawback on packing materials. 2. This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd day of November¹ 1976. C D.
