No. 20-ITC(PN)/77.~A revised edition of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure is issued under this Public Notice.
2. In terms of the import policy as contained in Volume I of the Import Trade Control Policy Book for the period April 1977—March 1978, import of permissible spare parts has been placed on "free licensing". The relevant provisions pertaining to import of permissible spare parts as occurring intheImport Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure, 1977-78 may, therefore,bedeemed to have been amended accordingly.
