G.S.R. 198 (E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Pass- ports Act, 1967 (15 of 1967), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it 13 necessary in the public Interest so to do, hereby exempts Shri Ram Nath Goenka, s/o Shri Vasant Lal Goenka and Shri B D Goenka, s/o Shri Ram Nath Goenka from the operation of clause (f) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 6 and Clause (e) of Sub-Section (3) of Section 6 of the said Act
