8.0. 308(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), as amended, the central govern- ment hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No 21/76, dated the 22nd November, 1976, allowing the import of permissible spare parts meant for maintenance of imported machinery or im- ported parts of indigenous machinery by actual users engaged in Industrial production under Open General Licence CIV
