NOTIFICATION

CUSTOMS

New Delhi, the 1st May 1977

S.O. 309(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the De- partment of Revenue and Banking No. 299-Customs dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely;

In the Table to the said notification, against Serial No. 1, in column 4, in condition (1),—

(i) in item (a), for the words "the Federation Internationale De L' Auto- mobile or to" shall be omitted;

(ii) in item (b)--

(1) the words "by the Federation Internationale De L' Automobile or"

shall be omitted;
