8.O. 311 ( E ) - Whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No SO . 333 ( E ) / 18A / IDRA / 72 , dated the 4th May , 1972 , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the industrial undertaking known as Smith , Stanıstreet and Company Limited. Calcutta , was taken over under section 18- A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of two years upto and inclusive of the 3rd May , 1974 ;
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No SO 280 ( E ) , dated the 2nd May , 1974 , the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 3rd May , 1976 ,
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies Department of Industrial Development No 336 ( E ) , dated the 30th April , 1976 , the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of 3rd May , 1977 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking should continue for a further period of two years under the Indian Drugs and Pharma-

ceuticals Limited , New Delhi authorised by the Central Government in the said Order;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18 - A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 3rd May , 1979 ,

फा० प्रा० 311 ( प्र ) -भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व श्रौद्योगिक विकास मन्त्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 333 ( श्र) 18 ए/ आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ० / 72 -तारीख 4 मई , 1972 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा स्मिथ स्टेनि- स्ट्रीट एड कम्पनी लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबध , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18- क के अधीन 3 मई , 1974 तक , जिसमे यह विन भी सम्मिलित था , 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था ;
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मत्तालय के आदेश स ० का ० श्रा० 280 ( अ ) तारीख 2 मई , 1974 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि 3 मई, 1976 तक , जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , दो वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी गई थी ।
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व उद्योग और नागरिक मन्त्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० श्र ० 336 ( श्र ) तारीख 30 अप्रैल , 1976 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि एक वर्ष की और अवधि अर्थात् 3 मई , 1977 तक , जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, के लिए बढ़ा दी गई थी ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोक हित मे यह समीचीन है कि उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबध इडियन ड्रग्म एड फार्मास्यूटिकल्स लिमिटेड, नई दिल्ली के अधीन , जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उक्त आदेश में प्राधिकृत किया गया है , दो वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए जारी रखा जाना चाहिए ;
श्रतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18- क की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निदेश देती है कि ऊपर वर्णित श्रादेश 3 मई , 1979 तक , जिसने यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, दो वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 312 ( E ) .- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No 653 ( E ) / 18FB /IDRA/ 72 , dated the 11th October , 1972 ( hereinafter referred to as the Suspension Order ) , the Central Government declared that the operation of all contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the Suspension Order ( other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) to which the industrial undertaking known as Smith , Stanıstreet and Company Limited , Calcutta , is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspended for a period of one year and that all rights , privileges , obliga- tions and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period ;
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development SO . 510 ( E ) / 18FB/ IDRA/ 73 , dated the 21st September , 1973 , the duration of the Suspension Order was extended for a further period up to the 3rd May , 1974 ,
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development SO No. 283 ( B ) , dated the 4th May , 1974 , the duration of the Suspension Order was extended for a further period up to the 3rd May , 1975; And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Indus- try and Civil Supplies SO . No 198 ( E ) , dated the 3rd May , 1975 , the duration of the Suspension Order was extended for a further period up to the 3rd May , 1976 ; by
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development ) S.O. 340 ( E ) , dated the 3rd May , 1976 , the duration of the Suspension Order was extended for a further period up to the 3rd May , 1977 ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the Suspension Order should be extended for a further period up to the 10th October , 1977,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) , of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regula- tion ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the Suspension Order by a further period up to the 10th October , 1977 .

का० प्रा० 312 ( प्र ) -भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व प्रौद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० प्रा० 653 ( ई ) / 18 एफ ० बी०/ भाई ० डी० आर ० ए ०/ 72 , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर , 1972 ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् निलम्बन आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने घोषणा की थी कि निलम्बन आदेश जारी होने की तारीख से ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ( बैको और वित्तीय संस्थाश्रो के प्रतिभूत दायित्वो से सम्बन्धित से भिन्न) सभी सविदाश्रो , सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्तरण पत्रो , करारो , व्यवस्थापनों , पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों का प्रवर्तन , जिसमें स्मिथ , स्टेनिस्ट्रीट एण्ड कं ० लि० , कलकत्ता, नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम पक्षकार है , या जो उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम को लागू हो, एक वर्ष की अवधि पर्यन्त निलम्बित रहेगा, और उक्त तारीख से पूर्व उसके अधीन प्रोद्भूत या उदभूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार, बाध्यताएं और दायित्व उक्त अवधि पर्यन्त निलम्बित रहेंगे ;
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 510 ( ई ) /18 - एफ० बी/ आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ०/ 73 , तारीख 21 सितम्बर , 1973 द्वारा, निलम्बन आदेश की अवधि 3 मई, 1974 तक के लिए और बढ़ा दी गई थी;
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 283 ( बी ) , तारीख 4 मई , 1974 द्वारा निलम्बन आदेश की अवधि 3 मई, 1975 तक के लिए और बढ़ा दी गई थी ;

और भारत सरकार के उद्योग और नागरिक पूर्ति मन्त्रालय के आदेश स ० का० आ ० 198 ( अ ) , तारीख 3 मई , 1975 द्वारा निलम्बन आदेश की अवधि 3 मई, 1976 के लिए और बढा दी गई थी ;
और भारत सकरार के भूतपूर्व उद्योग और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश स ० का० श्रा ० 340 ( श्र) तारीख 3 मई , 1976 द्वारा निलम्बन आदेश की अवधि 3 मई , 1977 तक के लिए और बढ़ा दी गई थी ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि निलम्बन श्रादेश की अवधि 10 अक्तूबर , 1977 तक के लिए और बढा दी जानी चाहिए ;
अत , श्रब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निलम्बन आदेश की अवधि 10 अक्तूबर , 1977 तक के लिए और बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 313 ( E ) . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies No. SO. 699 ( E ) -18FB / IDRA / 74 , dated the 20th November , 1974 , ( hereinafter reefrred to as the said Order ) , the Cen- tral Government , in exercise of the powerswers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) declared that the operation of all the contracts , assurances of property agree- ments , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments , entered into before the 4th day of May . 1972 , and in force immediately before the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette and relating to banks and Anancial institutions , to which the industrial undertaking known as Smith , Stanistreet and Company Limited Calcutta or the Company owing such Under- taking is a party or which may be applicable to the said Industrial undertaking or Company shall remain suspended for a period of one year from the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette and that all the rights , privi- leges , obligations and liabilities accuring of arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period;
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies S.O. 658 ( E ) , dated the 19th November , 1975 , the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period up to the 3rd May , 1976;
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development ) SO 339 ( E ) dated the 3rd May , 1976 , the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period up to and inclusive ofof 3rd May , 1977 .
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended by a further period up to and inclusive of the 19th November , 1977 ,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Deve- lopment and Regulation ) , Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extendsends the duration of the said Order for a further period up to and inclusive of the 19th November , 1977 .

का० प्रा० 313 ( श्र ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , भारत के उद्योग और नागरिक पूर्ति मन्त्रालय के आदेश स ० का ० आ० 699 ( अ )/ 18 च ख/ उ ० वि ० नि ० श्र ० / 74, तारीख 20 नवम्बर , 1974 द्वारा उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषित किया है कि 4 मई, 1972 से पूर्व की गई , और राजपत्न के श्रादेश के प्रकाशन से ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त , तथा बँको और वित्तीय संस्थाओ से सम्बद्ध सभी सविदाओं , सम्पतियों के हस्तान्तरण पत्रों, करारो , समझौतो, पचाटो , स्थायी भादेशो या अन्य लिखतो , का प्रवर्तन , जिनका स्मिथ , स्टेनिस्ट्रीट एड कम्पनी लिमिटेड, कलकत्ता के नाम से ज्ञात उपक्रम या ऐसे उपक्रम का स्वामित्व रखने वाली कम्पनी एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम या कम्पनी को लागू हो , राजपत्न मे इस भावेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि पर्यन्त निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त तारीख से पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रोवभूत या उद्भूत होन वाले सभी अधिकारी, विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताएं तथा दायित्व उक्त अवधि पर्यन्त निलम्बित रहेगे ;
भौर भारत सरकार के उद्योग और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय के कानूनी आवेश सं ० 658 (श्र ) तारीख 19 नवम्बर, 1975 द्वारा उक्त आदेश को 3 मई , 1976 तक की अवधि के लिए और बढ़ा दिया गया था ;
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व उद्योग और नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश का ० 339 ( अ ) तारीख 3 मई , 1977 द्वारा उक्त श्रादेश को 3 मई, 1977 तक की अवधि के लिए और बढ़ा दिया गया था ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि 19 नवम्बर, 1977 तक , जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, बढ़ाई जानी चाहिए,
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18चख की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त णक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की अविध 19 नवम्बर , 1977 तक जिसमे यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , की और श्रवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।
