G.S.R. 219 ( E ) . In pursuance of the second proviso to sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 32 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Board of Excise and Custome hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No. 292/76 - Central Excises , dated the 21st December, 1976, namely :-
In the said notification , in clause ( d ) , for the figures " 2.5 " , the figure " 5" shall be substituted .

सा० का ० नि० 219 ( प्र) -केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा- शुल्क बोर्ड , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 32 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के द्वितीय परन्तुक के अनुसरण मे, अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 292,76--केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 21 दिसम्बर, 1976 मे निम्नलिखित सशोधन करता है , अर्थात् :--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , खण्ड ( घ ) में " 2.5 " श्रकों के स्थान पर " 5 " भंक रखा जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 220 ( E ) .In pursuance of rule 34 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 and in supersession of the notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No 27/77 - Central Excises , dated the 25th February , 1977 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby directs that in the case of unmanufactured tobacco, the validity of a sale - note shall , if the transport is by means of a mechanised vehicle , for the whole or part of the distance , be upto the midnight of the date of issue , and in other cases till sunset of the day following the date of issue.

सा० का ० नि० 220 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 34 के अनुसरण में और अपनी अधिसूचना स ० 27, 77- केन्द्रीय उत्पाव- शुल्क तारीख 25 फरवरी , 1977 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , यह निवेश करता है कि श्रविनिर्मित तम्बाकू की दशा मे , यदि उसका परिवहन गन्तव्य या उसके किसी भाग तक यंत्रचालित यान से किया गया है तो, विक्रय-नोट की विधि- मान्यता उसके जारी किए जाने की तारीख की अर्धरात्रि तक होगी, और अन्य दशाओं मे उसकी विधिमान्यता जारी किए जाने की तारीख के ठीक अगामी दिन के सूर्यास्त तक होगी ।

G.S.R. 221 ( E ) . In pursuance of rule 34 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 and in supersession of notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No. 60/ 77 - Central Excises , dated the 12th April , 1977 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby directs that in respect of unmanufactured tobacco specified in column 1 of the Table hereto annexed and transported in the manner speci- fled in the corresponding entry in column 2 thereof, the transport certificate shall be valid for the period specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 thereof and shall be subject to the conditions , if any , specified in the correspond- ing entry in column 4 of the said Table .

सा० फा ० मि० 221 ( प) .-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 34 के अनुसरण में, और भारत सरकार के योन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा- शुल्क बोर्ड की अधिसूचना सं ० 60'77 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तारीख 12 अप्रैल , 1977 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , निवेश करता है कि इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में विनिविष्ट और उसके स्तम्भ 2 में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रीति से परिवहित प्रविनिर्मित तम्बाकू के सबंध में परिवहन प्रमाणपत्र उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 3 में की तत्सबधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिए तथा उसके स्तम्भ 4 में की तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट शर्तों के , यदि कोई हों, अधीन रहते हुए , विधिमान्य होगा :--

(i ) जारी किए जाने की तारीख के ठीक आगामी दिन पूर्वात 6 बजे तक ।
यदि तय की जाने वाली दूरी 30 किलोमीटर या कम है ।
यदि तय की जाने वाली दूरी 30 किलोमीटर से अधिक है ।
( ii ) जारी किए जाने की तारीख के अगामी दूसरे दिन पूर्वाह्न 6 बजे तक ।
यदि तय की जाने वाली दूरी 250 किलो- मीटर या कम है ।
(i) जारी किए जाने के समय से 12 घंटे किन्तु रात्रि के उतने समय को अपजित करके जिसके दौरान रास्ते मे पड़ने वाले बाट बन्द रहते हैं ।
यदि तय की जाने वाली दूरी 250 किलोमीटर से अधिक है ।
( ii ) जारी किए जाने के समय से 12 घंटे किन्तु रात्रि के उतने समय को मपर्जित करके जिसके दौरान रास्ते में पड़ने वाले घाट बन्द रहते है ।
जारी किए जाने की तारीख के ठीक आगामी दिन सूर्यास्त तक ।

G.S.R. 222 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India , Department of Revenue and Banking No. 63 / 77 - Central Excises , dated the 13th April , 1977 , the Central Government hereby directs that the provi- sions of Chapter VII of the said rules , including the provisions relating to the removal of goods from one warehouse to another , shall apply to unmanufactured tobacco falling under sub - item I of Item 4 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) .

सा० का ० ति० 222 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क , नियम 1944 के नियम 139 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 63 77-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तारीख 13 अप्रैल , 1977 को श्रधिक्रांत करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त नियमों के अध्याय 7 के उपबंध , जिसमें एक भाण्डागार से दूसरे को माल के हटाए जाने से संबधित उपबंध भी आते हैं, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधि- नियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद 4 की उपमद । के अधीन पाने वाले अविनिर्मित तम्बाकू को लागू होगे ।
