IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 5th May 1977
S.O. 316(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely—
1 This order may be called the Exports (Control) Second Amendment Order, 1977.
2. In Part 'A' of Schedule I, to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the Item No. 9 'Chicory roots' shall be deleted.
