S.O. 321 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section. 17 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B M J Prasad to assist the Commis- sioner of Payments appointed under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce, Civil Supplies and Co-operation (Department of Textiles) No SO 469 (E) dated 9th July, 1976
