GS.R. 237 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub- rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh herchy makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixa- tion of Cadre Strength ) Ninth Amendment Regulations , 1977
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2 In the Schedule to the Indian Adımınıstrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 for the heading " Himachal Pradesh " and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely
(1) in entry 5, for the figure ' 12 ' , the figure ' 15 ' shall be substituted

(ii ) for the figures ' 32 ' and ' 98 ' , the figures 85 ' and ' 101' shall be substituted .
( in ) in the foot- note , for the figure ' 2 ' , the figure ' 5' * shall be substituted * The 5 posts allowed as ad hoc increase in excess of 20 per cent of deputation reserve are-
1. Project Officer , Small Farmers ' Development Agency .

सा० का ० नि ० 237 ( प्र ) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित , अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से, भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) नां संशोधन विनियम , 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2 भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियनन ) विनियम , 1955 की अनुसूची में हिमाचल प्रदेश 'शीर्षक ' के अधीन
( i ) प्रविष्टि 5 मे अंक ' 12 ' के स्थान पर अंक ' 15 ' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
(ii ) अत में आने वाले ' 82 ' तथा ' 98 ' श्रको के स्थान पर क्रमशः ' 85 ' तथा ' 101 ' अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाए ।
( iii ) टिप्पणी में अंक ' 2' के स्थान पर अंक ' 5' * प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
* निम्नलिखित 5 पद 20 प्रतिशत के अलावा प्रतिनियुिक्ति रिजर्व में शामिल हैं :--
1. परियोजना अधिकारी , लघु कृषक विकास अभिकरण , हिमाचल प्रदेश ।
