NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th May 1977
S.O. 327 (E).—Whereas a printing mistake has been noticed in the name of assembly constituency number 30 Chandausi, mentioned in Part B of Schedule XXII of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976, in respect of the State of Uttar Pradesh;
And Whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make necessary correction in the name of the said constituency,
Now, Therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9(a) of the Re- presentation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission hereby makes the correction in the said Schedule of the Order as follows —
At page 488, against the serial number 30, the name Chandausi shall be read as "Chandausi (SC)"
