S.O. 328 ( E ) .- Whereas the Election Commission by its notification No 464/77 , dated 25 February , 1977 , changed the date of poll in 1 - Kinnaur ( ST ) , 54 - Bharmour ( ST) and 55 - Lahaul and Spıtı ( ST ) Assembly Constituencies comprised within 2-Mandi Parliamentary Constituency from 16 March , 1977 , as appointed by the Commission by its notification No 464/77 , dated 10 February , 1977 to 24 May , 1977 ,
And whereas it has now been decided to take poll in the above mentioned three Assembly Constituencies comprised withın 2 - Mandı Parliamentary Constituency alongwith the General Election to the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly from these assembly constituencies , to be held in pursuance of the Governor's notification dated 11 May , 1977
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 153 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act , 1897 ( 10 of 1897 ) , and 111 Partial modification of its notification No 464/77 , dated 25 February , 1977 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments to its Notification No 164/77 , dated 10 February , 1977 , as amended subsequently , namely
( i ) In clause d ( ii ) relating to completion of election in 2 - Mandi Parliamentary Constituency , for the figures and words '15 June , 1977 ( Wednesday )" , the figures and words " 24 June , 1977 ( Friday) ' shall be substituted

( 11 ) In the Schedule to the notification , under item 6 HIMACHAL PRADESH, against the entries " 1 - Kinnaur ( ST ) " , " 54 - Bharmour ( ST ) " and " 55- Lahaul and Spiti ( ST ( " מו column ( 3 ) , for the existing entries in column ( 2), the entry " 10 June , 1977 ( Friday ) " shall be substituted

फा० प्रा ० 328 ( प्र ) -निर्वाचन आयोग ने 2- मंडी ससदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र ने समाविष्द 1 -किन्नोर ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) 54 - भरमौर ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) और 55-लाहौल स्पीति ( अ ० ज ० जा ० ) विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो में अपनी अधिसूचना स ० 464/77 , तारीख 10 फरवरी , 1977 द्वारा यथानियत की गई मतदान की तारीख 16 मार्च, 1977 को अपनी श्रधिसूचना सं ० 464/77 , तारीख 25 फरवरी, 1977 द्वारा बदल कर 24 मई , 1977 कर दिया ।
और , अब , 2 - मंडी ससदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में समाविष्ट उपर्युक्त तीन विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों मे मतवान , इन विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो से हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा के लिए राज्यपाल की तारीख , 11 मई , 1977 की अधिसूचना के अनुसरण मे होने वाले साधारण निर्वाचन के साथ कराने का विनिश्चय किया गया है ।
अतः , अन , निर्वाचन आयोग साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम , 1897 ( 1897 का 10) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 30 और धारा 153 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए और अपनी अधिसूचना म ० 46477 , तारीख 25 फरवरी , 1977 को आशिक रूप से सशोधित करते हुए , तत्पश्चात यथा सशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना स ० 464 77 , तारीख 10 फरवरी , 1977 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करता है, अर्थात्--
(i) 2-मडी ससदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में निर्वाचन पूरा कर लेने से सम्बन्धित खण्ड घ ( ii ) में , " 15 जून, 1977 ( बुधवार) " श्रकों और शब्दो के स्थान पर " 24 जून , 1977 ( शुक्रवार ) " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएगे ।
( ii ) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में मद 6. हिमाचल प्रदेश के नीचे स्तम्भ 3 में " 1 किन्नौर ( श्र ० ज ० जा ० ) " , 54- भरमौर ( श्र ० ज० जा० ) " श्रोर " 55- लाहौल और स्पीति ( अ ० ज ० जा ० ) प्रविष्टियो के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में विद्य- मान प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर , " 10 जून , 1977 ( शुक्रवार ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

( प्र) -निर्वाचन आयोग लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 56 के अधीन जारी की गई तारीख 10 फरवरी , 1977 की अपनी अधिसूचना स ० 464 77( 1) मे सशोधन करते हुए , 7.30 बजे पूर्वाह्न से 4.30 बजे अपराल तक का समय ऐसे समय के रूप पे एतद्वारा नियत करता, है जिसके दौरान , हिमाचल प्रदेश के 2-मडी मसदीय निर्वाचनक्षेत्र के समाविष्ट 1-किन्नोर ( अ ० ज ० जा ० ) , 54- भरमौर ( अ ० ज ० जा ० ) और 55 - लाहौल भौर स्पीति ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो में मतदान होगा ।
