BRIDGE ACROSS PAPAGNI IN MILE 13/1 OF CUDDAPАН- SUGAMANCIIPALLI ROAD IN CUDDAPAH DISTRICT TOLL TO BE LEVIED ON EVERY VEHICLE UNDER THE ANDHRA PRADESH ROADS AND BRIDGES TOLLS RULES, 1975

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 ( Central Act VIII of 1851 ) read with section 2 of the Indian Tolls Laws (Andhra Pradesh Exten- sion and Amendment) Act , 1975 ( Andhra Pradesh Act 17 of 1975) , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares , that toll shall be levied on every vehicle mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below at the rate specified against itin Column (3 ) thereof, in respect of the Bridge across Papagnı in Mile 13/1 of Cuddapah- Sugamanchipalli road in Cuddapah district .
This Notification shall come into force on the Sixteenth day of May, 1977 .

NOTE ( 1 ) When trailor is attached to any of the Vehicles speci fied above , the rate to be charged shall be double .
(2) When the same vehicle crosses the road or bridg more than once in a day, the user shall have the option to pay one and a half times of the above rates
