No. 11-ETC(PN)/77~Attention is invited to Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No 19-ETC(PN)/76 dated the 12th July, 1976 and No 33-ETC(PN)/76 dated 15th December, 1976, on the above subject
2. In partial modification of the above Public Notices, it has been decided that export of permissible items to Pakistan will also he allowed where letters of Credit are opened on any Indian Bank designated under Asian Clearing Union Arrangements,
