S O. 339(E)—In pursuance of clause (a) of Sub-Section (1) of section 6 of the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri J N Saxena who has been appointed as Managing Direc- tor of the Industrial Development Bank of India with effect from the l6th May, 1977, to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Bank of India with effect from the same date
