New Delhi, the 14th May 1977
S.O. 340(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (1) and of sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J N. Saxena as the Managing Direc- tor of the Industrial Development Bank of India for the period commencing on the 16th May, 1977 and ending with the 15th May, 1979.
