SUBJECT —Facility for imports through Air India/Indian Airlines
NO. 25-ITC(PN)/77—Attention, is invited to the Ministry of Commerce public Notice No 33-ITC(PN)/76, dated the 30th April, 1976 regarding the facility given for imports through Air India/Indian Airlines against REP licences and Actual Users licences issued for import of raw materials/components/spares and import licences for capital goods/HEP, issued against free foreign exchange General Currency Area) only.
2 It has been decided that the aforesaid facilities for imports through Air India/Indian Airlines as per the terms and conditions contained in the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice Nos. 61-ITC(PN)/75 dated the 4th July 1975 and No 92-ITC(PN)/75 dated the 11th September 1975, will continue to be available upto 31st March 1978
