S.O 341(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Com- pany Affairs (Department of Legal Affairs) No. SO 723(E) dated the 12th Novem- ber, 1976, the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Soh J Sorabjee, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court and Additional Solicitor-General of India as the Chairman of the State Bar Council of Delhi, vice Lalit Bhasin resigned
