In pursuance of clause ( d ) of sub - paragraph ( 1 ) and sub- paragraph ( 2 ) of paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols ( Reservation and Allot- ment) Order , 1968 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amend- ment in its notification No 56 / 77 - II , dated 8 February , 1977 , published as SO 152 ( E ) , in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 ( 11 ) , dated 9 February , 1977 as amended from time to time , namely-
In Table 3 of the said Notification-

का० प्रा० 343 (प्र) . निर्वाचन आयोग , निर्वाचन प्रतीक ( आरक्षण और आवटन ) आदेण, 1968 के पैरा 17 के उप-पैरा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( घ) तथा उप-पैरा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण मे, भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण , भाग 2 , खण्ड 3 ( ii ) , तारीख 9 फरवरी , 1977 में का ० श्र ० 152 ( अ ) के रुप मे प्रकाशित तथा समय -समय पर यथामशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना म ० 56 / 77 - II , तारीख 9 फरवरी , 1977 मे , एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करता है , अर्थात-

का० प्रा० 351 ( अ ) सुरक्षा दल अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 47 ) की धारा 2 की उप -धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) उपबन्धों के अन्मरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि उपर्युक्त खण्ड ( क ) में उल्लिखित प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की ड्यूटी जो 26-6-77 से 25-12-77 तक छ । मास के लिए जम्मू और कशमीर से सेमेवारन होगा वह सक्रिय ड्यूटी होगी ।

का०प्रा ० 357 ( प्र ) .- सुरक्षा वल अधिनियम 1968 ( 1968 का 47 ) की धारा 2 की उप -धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क) उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में केंद्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि उपर्युक्त खण्ड ( क ) मे उल्लिखित प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की ड्यूटी जो 25-6-77 से 24-12-77 तक छः मास के लिए केरला से सेवारत होगा वह सक्रिय ड्यूटी होगी ।
