S.O 359 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec- tion 17 of the Sick Textile. Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974;, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri T B. Ganguly, to assist the Com- missioner of Payments appointed under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Textiles) SO 469 (E), dated the 9th July, 1976.
