New Delhi, the 20th May 1977
SO. 364 (E),/15A/IDRA/77.—Whereas Messrs. Dr Paul Lohmann (India) Limited, Calcutta, owning an industrial undertaking at 145/1, Jessore Road, Cal- cutta—700055, is being wound up by the Calcutta High Court and the business of this company is not being continued,
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary in the interests of the general public, and in particular, in the Interests of production, supply and distribution of articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking! to investigate into the possibility of restarting the aforesaid industrial undertaking,
l 9^5 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY JPART II—SEC. 3(ii)Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15A of the Indus- tries (.Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shrl JVL K. Kar Gupta, Secretary, Closed and sick Industries Department, Government of West Bengal, for the purpose of making an investiga- tion Into the possibility of restarting the aforesaid Industrial undertaking.
The above person shall submit his report to the Central Government by the 31st July, 1977.
