CENTRAL EXCISES

G.S.R. 250(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 86/77-Central Excises, dated the 9th May, 1977, namely —
In the said notification—
(1) for the expression "bulked acrylic yarn,", the expression "textured acrylic yarn" shall be substituted;
