S.O. 368(E):-The following Order made by the Vice-President acting as President is published for general information:—

ORDER

Whereas by a reclamation issued on the the 30 th April , 1977 under clause (r)of article 356 of the Constituts of India it has been declared that the powers of the Legislative of the State of Bihar shall be exercisable by or under the auth 11 th of Parliament ;

And whereas the Legislature of that State has authorised expenditure firm the Cor.- solidated Fund of that State for the services of a part of the financial year 1977-78 ;

And whereas the amount so authorised in found to be insufficient in cases of certain services ;

And Whereas the House of the People is not in session and it is necessary to authorise Expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of that State pending the sanction of such expenditure by Parliament;
