S.O. 369(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by cause (b) of section 78, read with sub-section (2) of section 116 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance) No S O 2322, dated the 29th June, 1968, namely —
In the Table below the said notification, against serial No. 2, in column (3), for the letters and figures "Rs 50,000/-" the letters and figures "Rs, 1,00,000/-" shall be substituted
