CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 3rd June, 1977

O.S.R. 265(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of Central

Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts all varieties of textile fabrics coated

or laminated with low density polyethylene from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon.
