NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th June 1977
S.O. 380(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act 1946 (25 of 1946), the Central Government hereby specifies the following offences as the offences which are to be investigated by the Delhi Special Police Establishment, namely.—
(a) offences punishable under sections 220 and 344 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (45 of 1860); and
(b) attempts, abetments and conspiracies in relation to or in connection with one or more of the offences mentioned in clause (a) and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction arising out of the same facts
