G.S.R. 268 ( E ) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satis- fled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts viscose tow falling within Chapter 56 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India from the whole of the duty of cus- toms leviable thereon under the said First Schedule and the whole of the addı- tional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the second mentioned Act 2 This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st October , 1977 .

सा० फा० नि० 268 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और अपना यह समाधान

हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ श्रधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय 56 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले विस्कोस टो को , जब उसका भारत मे आयात किया जाए , उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची के अधीन उस पर उदग्रहणीय समस्त सीमाशुल्क से, और उक्त सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त अतिरिक्त शुल्क से छूट देती है ।
2 यह अधिसूचना 31 अक्तूबर , 1977 तक , जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

सा० का ० नि० 269 ( प्र ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , वित्त अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 66 ) की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 4) के साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , और अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर किलोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , विस्कोस टो को, जब भारत में उसका आयात किया जाए, उक्त वित्त अधिनियम की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त सहायक सीमाशुल्क से छूट देती है ।

G.S.R. 270 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub - section ( 4 ) of section 32 of the Finance Act , 1976 ( 66 of 1976 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied thatit is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts com- puter peripheral devices falling under sub - heading No. ( 2 ) of Heading No 84.51 / 55 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India for the manufacture of computer systems to be supplied to educational and research institutions as may be approved in this behalf by the Central Gov- ernment , from-
(a) the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule;
(b ) the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) ;
(c) the whole of the auxiliary duty of customs leviable thereon under sub - section ( 1 ) ofof section 32 of the said Finance Act.
subject to the condition that the importer , in each case , proves to the satisfac- tion of the Assistant Collector of Customs by the production of a certificate issued by the duly authorised officer to the Government of India in the Depart- ment of Electronics that the imported peripheral devices are required for the manufacture of computer systems to be supplied to such educational and re- search institutions .

की प्रथम अनुसूची के शीर्ष स ० 84 51,55 के उपशीर्ष ( 2 ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले गणना परिधीय यंत्तो को, जब भारत में उनका आयात ऐसी गणना प्रणालियों ( कप्यूटर सिस्टम ) के विनिर्माण के लिए किया जाए जो उन शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थाओं को सप्लाई की जानी है जो केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उस निमित्त अनुमोदित की जाएं-
( क) उन पर उद्ग्रहणीय उस समस्त मीमाशुल्क से , जो उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है ,
( ख ) सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की धारा 3 के अधीन उन पर उद्मणीय मत अतिरिक्त शुल्क से ;
( ग ) उक्त वित्त अधिनियम की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उन पर उग्रहणीय समस्त सहायक सीमा शुल्क मे ,
इस शर्त पर छूट देती है कि प्रत्येक मामले मे आयातकर्ता, भारत सरकार के इलैक्ट्रोनिक्स विभाग के सम्यक रूप से प्राधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए प्रमाणपत्र को पेश कर के, सहायक सीमाशुल्क कलक्टर क समाधानप्रद रूप से यह साबित कर दे कि आयात किए गए परिधीय यत्त्रो की आवश्यकता ऐसी गणना प्रणालियो के विनिर्माण के लिए है जो उक्त शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थाओ को सप्लाई की जानी है ।
