2 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 29B of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies a period of six months from the date of riubllca- tion of this notification in the official Gazette as the period after the expiry of which no owner of any industrial undertaking engaged in the manufacture of an iiale . ye l a t a b le to a scheduled industry and covered bv any of the aforesaid notifications shall carry on the business of such undertaking, except under and in accordance with a licence issued In this behalf bv the Central Government and in the case of the State Governments except under and in accordance with the previous permission of the Central Government
