CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 10th June 1977

G.S.R. 274(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) and (3) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment m the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No 156/71-Central Excises, dated the 26th July, 1971, namely:—.

In the Table appended to the said notification, against Serial No. 1 in column (3), for the words "Twenty-nine thousand", the words "Thirty- two thousand" shall be substituted [No. 109/77] B PROSAD, Under Secy.
