New Delhi, the 10th June 1977
S.O. 391 (E) —Whereas the Election Commission by its notification No. 464/77, dated 25 February, 1977, changed the date of poll in 4-Ladakh Parliamentary Con- stituency from 19 March, 1977, as appointed by the Commission by its notification No 464/77, dated 10 February, 1977 to 6 June, 1977 and by its notification No 464/J&K-HP/77, dated 20 May, 1477 from 6 June, 1977 to 30 June, 1977,
And whereas it has now been decided to take the poll in the above mentioned Parliamentary Constituency along with the poll for the general election to the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly from 43-Leh and 44-Kargil assembly constituencies to be held in pursuance of the Governor's notification, dated 30 May, 1977,

(I) In clause (d)(ii) relating to the Completion of the election in 4-Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency for the figures and words "9 July 1977 (Saturday)", the figures and words "11 July 1977 (Monday)", shall be substituted.
(n) In the Schedule to the notification under item 7-JAMMU AND KASHMIR, in column 2 for the existing entry against S No. 4-Ladakh, the entry \'$iJuly, 1977 (Sunday)", shall be substituted
