New Delhi, the 15th June 1977

S O. 399(E).—Whereas in pursuance of Resolution of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) No. V 17020/25/77-ME (PG-), dated the 13th May, 1977, a Commission has been set up to inquire into report on various matters as set out in the terms of reference specified in the said Resolution,

And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that all the provisions of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) should be made applicable to the said Commission,

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that all the provisions of the said Aft shall apply to the said Commission[No. V. 17020/25/77-M E (PG)] C. R KRISHNANAMURTHI, Jt, Secy. (2083)
