S.O. 396(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Mani- pulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue and insurance No. S O 41(E) [No 1205/F No 414/2/76-IT(Inv )].dated 15th Janu- ary, 1976, namely —
In the Table below the said notification, in column (2)—
(i) against Serial No 1, for the words and letters "Shri S. N Shastri",
the words and letters "Shri A J, D'Souza" shall be substituted;
