G.S R. 281 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Cen- tral Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend Central Excise Rules. 1944, namely —
1 These rules may be called Central Excise (14th Amendment) Rules 1977.
2 In clause (a) of sub-rule (2) of rule 173RC after the words "including the month or months in which such excess occures" the words ", whichever is more" shall be inserted
