S.O, 402 (E).—In exercirse of the powers conferred by section 5, read with subsection (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipula- tors (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No SO 41(E) [No 1205/FNo 414/2/76-IT(Inv')], dated 15th January, 1978. namely —
In the Table below the said notification, in column (2), against Serial No 3, for the words and letters "Shri A. J D'S'ouza", the words and letters "Shri P S Subramanyan" shall be substituted
