S.O. 404(E).—In pursuance of Explanation of the First Schedule to the ProduceCess Act, 1966 (15 of 1968) read with Sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Agriculture) S.O No 417(E), dated 15th June 1976, 1he Central Government is pleased to fix, with effect from 1st July, 1977, the tariff value in respect of Cashew Kernel, at Rs 1500 per quintal for the year 1977-78.
