ORDER

New Delhi, the 20th June 1977

SO 405 (E). — Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S O. 375 (E) dated the 22nd July, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Gluconate Limited, Calcutta, had been taken over by the body of persons referred to in the said Order for a period of two years upto and inclusive of 21st Ju]y 1977,

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient. In the public interest that the management of the said Industrial undertaking by the said body of persons should continue for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 21st July, 1976

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further Period of two years upto and inclusive of the ''1st July 1970 [No F 4/3/75-CUC] A K GHOSH, Addl Secy (2097)
