New Delhi , the 22nd June 1977
G.S.R. 392 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of article 371D of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment ) Order , 1975 , namcly- 1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Orga nisation of Lucal Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment ) ( Third Amendment ) Order, 1977 .
(2) It shall come into force at once

2 In paragraph 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order , 1975 , ( hereinafter refer- red to as the said Order ) ,-
( i) in clause ( 11 ) of sub - paragraph ( 2 ) , for the words " Tehsildars and Junior Engineers " , the words " Tehsildars , Junior Engineers , Assistant Agri- cultural Officers and Inspectors of Police " shall be substituted ,
( il ) after sub - paragraph ( 3 ) , the following sub- paragraph shall be inserted, namely
" ( 4 ) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub - paragraphs ( 1 ) , ( 2) and (3 ) ,-
( 1 ) the districts of Medak and Hyderabad shall be regarded as a local area for direct recruitment to posts in any cadre under the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority comprising posts , carry- ing a scale of pay, the minimum of which does not exceed the minimum of the scale of the pay of a lower division clerk or a fixed pay not exceeding that amount ;
( 11) Zone VI shall be regarded as a local area for direct recruitment to posts in any cadre under the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority comprising posts , carrying a scale of pay , the minimum of which exceeds the scale of pay of a lower division clerk but does not exceed Rs . 480 per mensem , or a fixed pay which exceeds the mınımum of the scale of the pay of a lower division clerk but does not exceed Rs 480 per mensem "
3 In sub - paragraph ( 3 ) of paragraph 8 of the said Order, for the words " Tehsil dars and Junior Engineers " , the words " Tehsildars , Junior Engineers . Assistant Agricultural Officers and Inspectors of Police " shall be substituted,
4 In Schedule III to the said Order , in Sl . No. 17 , after the words "Regione Transport Officers " , the words " including Assistant Secretaries " shall be added .

सा० का ० ति ० 392 ( श्र) -राष्ट्रपति सविधान के अनुच्छेद 371 ष के खण्ड ( 1 ) और खण्ड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियोजन (स्थानीय भारत का असाधारण राजपत्र

काडरो का गठन और सीधी भर्ती का विनियमम ) आदेश , 1975 मे और सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते है , अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का सक्षिप्त नाम आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियाजन ( स्थानीय काडरों का गठन और सीधी भर्ती का विनियमन ) ( तीसरा सशोधन ) आदेश , 1977 है ।
( 2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत होगा ।
2. आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियोजन ( स्थानीय काडरो का गठन और सीधी भर्ती का विनियमन ) आदेश , 1975 के ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्त श्रादेश कहा गया है ) पैरा 6 में , --
( i ) उप पैरा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( ii ) मे "तहसीलदार और कनिष्ठ इजीनियरो " शब्दो के स्थान पर " तहसीलदारों, कनिष्ठ इजीनियरों , सहायक कृषि अधिकारियो और पुलिस निरीक्षको" शब्द रखे जाएगे ;
( ii ) उप पैरा ( 3 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप पैरा अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" ( 4) उप पैरा ( 1 ) , ( 2 ) और ( 3 ) में किसी बात के होते हुए भी-
( i ) मेदक और हैदराबाद के जिले हैदराबाद नगर विकास प्राधिकरण के श्रधीन किसी काडर मे के पदों की , जिन में ऐसे पद समाविष्ट है जिन के वेतनमान वे है जिनका न्यूनतम निम्न श्रेणी लिपिक के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम से अधिक नही है , या जिनका वेतन नियत है और उक्त रकम से अधिक नही है, सीधी भर्ती के लिए स्थानीय क्षेत्र समझे जाएंगे ;
( ii) परिक्षेत्र 6 हैदराबाद नगर विकास प्राधिकरण के अधीन किसी काडर में के पदो की, जिन में ऐसे पद भी समाविष्ट है , जिन के वेतनमान वे है , जिनका न्यूनतम निम्न श्रेणी लिपिक के वेतनमान से अधिक है किन्तु 480 रुपए प्रतिमास से अधिक नही है , या जिनका वेतन नियत है और निम्न श्रेणी लिपिक के वेतनमान के न्यूनतम से अधिक है किन्तु 480 रुपए प्रतिमास से अधिक नही है , सीधी भर्ती के लिए स्थानीय काडर समझे जाएगे " ।
3. उक्त आदेश के पैरा 8 के उप पैरा ( 3 ) में " तहसीलदार और कनिष्ठ इंजीनियर " शब्दो के स्थान पर " तहसीलदार , कनिष्ठ इजीनियर , सहायक कृषि अधिकारी और पुलिस निरीक्षक " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

4. उक्त आदेश को अनुसूची 3 में क्रम सरया 17 में , " क्षेत्रीय परिवहन अधिकारी " शब्दो के पश्चात्" जिम में सहायक सचिव भी सम्मिलित है " शब्द जोड़े जाएगे ।

In pursuance of sub - paragraph ( 6 ) of paragraph 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment ) Order , 1975 , the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No GS.R. 523 ( E ) dated 18-10-1975 , namely.-
In the sala notification , in the Table ,-

सा० का ० नि० 394 ( श्र) आन्ध्र प्रदेश लोक नियोजन ( स्थानीय काडगे का गठन और सोधी भर्ती का विनियमन ) श्रादेश , 1975 के पैरा 3 के उप पैरा ( 6 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के गृह मन्त्रालय को अधिसूचना मख्या सा ० का ० ति ० 528 ( अ ) तारीख 18-10-75 में निम्नाि इत सशोधन और करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना मे , सारणी मे, --
