ORDER New Delhi, (he 22nd June 1977
S.O. 407(E) —Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development ( D e p a r t m e nt of Industrial Development) No S.O 445(E)/18AA/IDRA/72, dated the 23rd June, 1972, the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking known as the Andhra Scientific Com- pany Limited, Machilipatnam, had been taken over by the authorised person mentioned in the said Order for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 22nd June, 1977
And whereas the Central Government as of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect after the expiry of the period of five years aforesaid for a further period of one year
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA, read with the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue, to have effect for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 22nd June, 1978
