PROCLAMATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 356 of the Constitu- tion of India, I, Basappa Danappa Jatti, Vice-President acting as President of India, hereby revoke the Proclamation made under the said article on the 30th April, 1977, in relation to the State of Uttar Pradesh.
